Meet the founder

Hi, I'm Teighan.

I'm a qualified Nutritionist and Accredited Weight Loss Coach based in Queensland, Australia. I'm also someone who understands what it's like to struggle. After losing more than 120 kilograms myself, I learnt that lasting change doesn't come from punishment. It comes from building a healthier relationship with food.

Today I help women do the same. Not through perfection. Not through restriction. But through practical, sustainable nutrition support designed around real life.
